Holes: 18 Designer: Tom Bendelow (1923) Walking: Yes Spikes: Metal or soft Practice: The driving range alternates between mats and real grass. The range isn't quite long enough to work on your woods or long irons for some. A net is constructed at the back of the range that stops the golf balls at about 190 yards. There is also a putting green, sand trap and chipping area. Grub/Suds: Beverage cart, snack bar, restaurant, full service bar. |
Signature Hole: The 12th hole can be very intimidating. It is a 160-yard, par 3, which calls for a tee shot over a lake to a narrow, well-bunkered, sloping green. Course Knowledge: Each spring, Dubsdread serves as the host course for the annual amateur golf championship for the city of Orlando. |
